Good Grades Vs Good Manners
Good manners are more important rather than good grades. Your grades do not present yourself. Have you ever experienced that someone with good grades and outstanding marks, but do not know how to talk with someone in superior in age or rank? It can directly affect your roads to success. It can create lots of hurdles for you. Many of us ignore this fact but this is the dilemma of today’s youth that everyone wants to be famous and successful, but no one wants to struggle and give respect to each other. Brought up by any person can make a huge gap. Nurturing matters a lot for a person.
Good grades can easily gain by cramming. For job, college, and university a person should show his manners to put some outstanding impact on others. Many of us heard about stories like someone had less experience in field work, but he got promotion very soon. The reason behind these kinds of stories is the extraordinary good manners of those people. Now a day’s people are less tolerant than before so whenever any of us find the right method able person we must admire him by giving some incentive. You can get anywhere by being brilliant; you can get almost anywhere by being pleasant. Being polite and generous cost nothing but in returns gives you a lot.
Do not become a pushover just to achieve success. Sometimes your kindness can be considered as weakness so beware. We often remind that face which gave us generous gestures as well as rude one. Give respect to those who give respect to you but do not disrespect those who are rude to you. Paying regards, good morning and good afternoon to the random person which is passing by can change his day in some remarkable manner.
In the workplace, showing manners to your subordinate and even to the office boy can give you lots of respect. But good manners don’t mean that you tolerate harsh behavior with a smiling face. Being a human just ignores the situation and walks away do not put yourself in trouble. Many of your teachers from university, college or school still remember you for the reason that you always have their whenever they need you to volunteer, with respect and kind gestures and those teachers are going to help you and pay back in some way at any point in your life.
